Campus Tour

Campus looks even better in person! Book your visit for a 30-minute session with a TCU admission counselor followed by a 90-minute student-led campus tour.  We offer campus tours Monday through Thursday at 9:30am and 1:30pm, Fridays at 9:30am, 11:00am, and 1:30pm, as well as on select Saturdays throughout the semester. Saturday visits are tour-only and are available at 9:00am, 10:00am and 11:00am.

Additionally, during the academic season, we offer virtual sessions to interact live with admission counselors, students, and faculty.

High school seniors, second-semester juniors, and all transfer students may request a meeting with a professor by submitting an academic department meeting request. We require at least 3 weeks’ notice to meet this request.

Destination TCU

This "workshop-style" half-day event is geared toward students who are applying to begin college in 2024. Students and families will look forward to  a campus tour, an inside look on the application process from admission counselors and financial aid advisors, and a delicious lunch in our main on-campus eatery.

Check back next summer for 2024 Destination TCU dates.

Transfer & Veteran Visits

During the in-person information session, you will learn about academic programs, student life, the transfer admission process, scholarships, and financial aid, and chat with a transfer admission counselor. A campus tour immediately follows the information session. This visit should last about two and a half hours.

Veteran students have the option to attend an in-person information session and campus tour, on the first Wednesday of every month.  The information session will have an Admission Counselor as well as a VA Certifier there to help answer any questions you may have. Schedule a tour here

Monthly live sessions are also scheduled where you can interact with a transfer admission counselor virtually. Schedule a Live Virtual Session.

All transfer students may request a meeting with a professor. We require at least 3 weeks' notice to meet this request.  Request a Department Visit

If our Friday option does not accommodate your schedule, please contact transferfrog@tcu.edu to coordinate a time that works for you. We want to see you!

Schedule your campus visit or give us a call at 800-828-3764 or 817-257-7490.

If visit dates don't match your availability or if all of our tours are booked, we encourage you to visit campus with a self-guided tour. Visitors are always welcome to check-in at the Office of Admission where we will have Admission Counselors and current students available to answer all of your questions.  Additionally, we will provide you with materials to guide yourself around campus. If our office is closed when you stop by, grab a self-guided tour from the box by the front door.

Group Tours

Group Tours are available for groups of 10 or more students who would like to visit as a large group with their school or organization. We cannot accommodate unregistered students or additional students beyond the group capacity of 50 students (high school sophomores, juniors, seniors, or transfer students) plus 5 chaperones on select dates throughout the school year.  Additionally, we require that all chaperones go out on tour with the students. All students present for the group tour must be registered prior to the visit.
