TCU Frog Camp

We're welcoming our newest Horned Frogs to campus this summer and we know many students wonder what Frog Camp is and whether they should attend. Spoiler alert - the answer is yes! Frog Camp is a once-in-a-lifetime retreat for all new Horned Frogs to meet their first friends, learn about life as a TCU student and join in on epic dance parties. Check out the videos below to learn what you can expect from our three Texas Frog Camps - Casa Nueva, Challenge and All-Stars. All three offer different adventures and all Texas Frog Camps are free to incoming students. Check out the First-Year Experience website to learn more.

Casa Nueva explores Cowtown culture
Casa Nueva will introduce you to everything we love about living in Fort Worth. During this three-day camp, you will stay at a hotel in downtown. This camp visits the Stockyards, Sundance Square, the Fort Worth Zoo, plus you'll eat at Fort Worth favorite Joe T. Garcia’s.

Get in the spirit with All-Stars
Based in Arlington, this camp will enthrall any sports fan. At this three-day camp, students will experience some of the professional sports offerings in the DFW area by touring AT&T stadium and attending a Rangers game. Campers will also get to learn about and get ready to cheer for our TCU athletic teams. This camp will be hosted at a downtown Fort Worth hotel.

Challenge is, well, a challenge
This camp is for the bold, featuring a challenge course and our famous Grimy Games. During this three-day camp, there’s time to relax by the pool, roast marshmallows by the campfire, hit the sand volleyball courts, or get in on a random dance party. This camp is held at campgrounds in Waxahachie, Texas. Cabins and all indoor facilities are air-conditioned.

We can't wait to welcome you to campus!
