Congratulations to all of our admitted Horned Frogs! You should be proud of yourself and celebrate this major accomplishment! Now that you’ve been admitted, we wanted to provide you with some next steps in your journey to becoming an official Horned Frog.

Visit Campus

Still trying to decide if TCU is the right fit for you? We offer an admitted student event called Experience TCU that gives you an inside look at life as a Horned Frog. Students who are interested in attending can sign up for a date via the MyTCU portal. Check out our Frog Blog post for more information about this event! If you can’t attend one of our Experience TCU events, consider an in-person campus tour or taking our virtual tour.

Pay Your Commitment Deposit

In order to secure your spot in the Horned Frog family, you will need to submit a $500 nonrefundable commitment deposit. Make sure you pay attention to when your deposit is due! Applicants who applied to the Early Decision II deadline must submit their deposit by March 15. If you submitted your application as Regular Decision or Early Action, you have until May 1 at 5 p.m. CT to let us know you officially plan to attend TCU. Deposits must be submitted through your MyTCU portal.

Submit Your Health Records

The TCU Health Center requires students to submit records of their meningitis and MMR vaccines. To upload and submit these records, visit your TCU Student Health Portal. You can also explore student health insurance plans by visiting this web page.

Register for Frog Camp and Orientation

Get ready to make new friends and your first memories as a TCU student by attending Frog Camp and Orientation!

Frog Camp is a multi-day event that establishes students as part of the Horned Frog family. You will meet new friends, sightsee and participate in small group activities that will provide mentorship and encouragement as you start your college journey. We offer several camp options across Texas, the U.S., and even international locations! All camps located in Texas are free for students to attend and travel camps are an additional cost.

Orientation is a two-day, overnight experience (one day for transfer students) that will guide you through building your academic schedule for the fall semester and introduce you to some of TCU’s student resources across campus. Orientation is required for all new undergraduate students and there are multiple dates to choose from to best fit your schedule.

Check out this Frog Blog post to hear more about student’s experiences at Orientation and Frog Camp.

Students will be eligible to register for Orientation and Frog Camp through their MyTCU portal once they have submitted their enrollment deposit. Registration opens in late March.
