Each year the TCU tree lighting brings me more and more joy. Not only do you get to see one of the most beautiful displays of Christmas spirit (I’m talking Rockefeller beautiful), but you also get to experience the joy the season brings the community and participate in fun activities with friends.

Here in the TCU Office of Admission, we have many things to be thankful for. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, some counselors, staff, and interns wanted to share their thankful thoughts about TCU. Today, we are thankful for TCU's community, co-workers, campus, students and education.
Dr. Giridhar Akkaraju writes about the Teacher-Scholar Model, which holds that undergraduate teaching and building relationships with students is just as important as conducting research.
